Lord of the Flies Coursework

‘The primary characters in the Lord of the flies are similar to world leaders that have ruled through history’. I agree that the primary characters from Lord of the flies are similar to the world leaders that have ruled through history. There are four primary characters in the movie ‘Lord of the Flies’ and they are Jack, Simon, Piggy and Ralph.

All these characters have an individual viewpoint and they all have different characters. Jack is really equivalent to the world leader called Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler was absolute evil, all-powerful, mad, and hated by others, bright, deeply religious and persistent.

Adolf Hitler was a leader due to the fact that he was able to encourage individuals and make them do what he wants them to do. Jack wished to be a leader too and after the votes when he wasn’t picked to assist the kids he persuaded Ralph that he would assist him out. Jack believed he was all-powerful since everyone followed what he stated. Half way through the motion picture Jack was getting undesirable since people found him too bossy so he used he’s skills to convince individuals that he is the very best leader and that he is much better than the leader that they chose which was Ralph.

I believe Jack wasn’t so intense but he knew how to encourage people to believe him and this made him extremely stubborn and hard. He was extremely sure of him self and he was a really positive person. When the kids joined his group since they had a choice of signing up with Jack or Ralph they selected Jack and he turned truly aggressive and killed 2 members of the opposite group. Jack took his anger on animals and other members from the aircraft crash. Piggy advises me of Martin Luther King as he wished to alter the entire of America to make peace. Piggy wanted to change individuals that argued and he was extremely encouraging towards the leader Ralph.

When Jack was a very leader Ralph wasn’t sure what to do to stop him and Piggy assisted him and appeared to be really helpful and friendly. He was likewise very gullible and he thought he might trust Ralph by telling him a trick that individuals utilized to call him ‘Piggy’ and he never liked him. He asked Ralph not to tell anyone but Ralph told everybody about it. Piggy continued being really great towards Ralph. Piggy was extremely wise and brave just like Martin Luther King and he spoke his mind and developed different ideas. By: Natalia Jozwiak 10EA
